Kualitas Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada Kepuasan Mahasiswa Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Kualitas pelayanan diukur menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dengan teknik pengumpulan data menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google docs, dan diperoleh 114 responden sebagai sampel dengan teknik snowball sampling. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan hasil bahwa model hanya mampu menjelaskan kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 32,9% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem informasi akademik. Walaupun secara parsial hanya variabel service interaction quality yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. (1 baris kosong, 10pt)

ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to measure the Effect of Academic Information System’s Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Jember. Service quality was measured by using the Webqual 4.0 method with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires through Google docs, and obtained 114 respondents as samples with snowball sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression tests with the result that the model was only able to explain student satisfaction by 32.9% and the rest was explained by other factors not examined. Together, the three independent variables have a significant influence on student satisfaction in using academic information system. Even though partially only service interaction quality variable has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.
