HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONFLIK INTRAPERSONAL DENGAN SEMANGAT KERJA BERDASARKAN TIPE KEPRIBADIAN MODEL LIMA BESAR (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kab. Bondowoso)

Abstract


This research is an explanatory and descriptive research by using research subject amount to 52 persons who represent entire population element of Bondowoso government employees which submit divorce in 2014 - 2015. The intention of this research is to know and analyze: differences of intrapersonal conflict and work spirit pursuant to the big five personality type, relation between intrapersonal conflict with work spirit pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type, and influence of intrapersonal conflict to work spirit with the Big Five Personality Type as moderation variable, by using questionnaire and interview method  as a means of data collecting. The result of analysis by using Anova test indicates that there are differences which is significant to intrapersonal conflict and work spirit, pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type. At further test by using LSD ( Least Square Differences) known that result of interaction between two personality type in intrapersonal conflict and work spirit show difference which is significant , except for the interaction between extraversion, agreeableness and openness to experience personality type. The result of analysis by using correlation test of product moment also indicate that there is correlation between intrapersonal conflict with work spirit, pursuant to the Big Five Personality Type. While the result of analysis by using Moderated Regression Analysis ( MRA), indicates only concentiousness personality type is not moderation variable. While agreeableness, openness to experience, emotional stability and extraversion personality type proven as moderation variable of influence intrapersonal conflict to work spirit.
