Abstract


Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis pengaruh politik  organisasional  terhadapjob distressdi tempat kerja dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh politik organisasional terhadap job distress di tempat kerja dengan kepribadian sebagai variabel moderasi. pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) – Pabrik GulaJatiroto sebanyak 111 karyawan.Teknik  pengambilan sampel secara nonprobabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang akan diambil adalah sebanyak 87orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas danModerated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh politik  organisasional  terhadap job distress di tempat kerja. Semakin besar politik organisasi maka semakin tinggijob distress yang dialami karyawan. Politik organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job distress di tempat kerja dengan kepribadian sebagai variabel moderasi.Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian mampu memperkuat pengaruh politik organisasional terhadap job stress karyawan.
