Penguatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Peran Kepuasan Kerja Dan Loyalitas

Abstract


Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah penting bagi kinerja perusahaan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya mediasi dari loyalitas karyawan pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Borobudur Oto Mobil Yogyakarta, dengan ukuran sampel 94 responden. Temuan menyatakan terdapat mediasi penuh loyalitas karyawan pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.
