PERAN LITERASI KEUANGAN DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEBERLANJUTAN PENGUSAHA PEREMPUAN: STUDI EMPIRIS DI KOTA MALANG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi keuangan digital dan penggunaan layanan fintech dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha pengusaha perempuan di Kota Malang. Literasi keuangan digital, yang mencakup kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk bisnis, menjadi pilar utama dalam keberlanjutan usaha di era digital. Fintech juga memberikan solusi finansial yang efisien bagi pengusaha perempuan yang seringkali menghadapi keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan perbankan tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 100 pengusaha perempuan di Malang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat literasi digital, penggunaan fintech, serta keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara literasi keuangan digital, penggunaan fintech, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital dan penggunaan layanan fintech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha pengusaha perempuan di Malang. Pengusaha perempuan yang memiliki tingkat literasi digital yang lebih tinggi dan aktif menggunakan layanan fintech cenderung memiliki usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan, tercermin dalam peningkatan profitabilitas, daya saing, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan digital dan penggunaan fintech merupakan faktor penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang usaha pengusaha perempuan di era digital.
