PEMAKNAAN DIMENSI KUALITAS LAYANAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH INDONESIA (Studi Kasus Nasabah Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Masyarakat Santri Eks-Karesidenan Besuki Jawa Timur)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi nasabah santri tentang makna perbankan syariah dan kualitas layanan perbankan syariah dan menggali model kualitas layanan bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data metode Indeft Intervieuw. Informan sebagai subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah nasabah santri yang memiliki tabungan di Bank Muamalt Indonesia (BMI) Se Eks- Karesidenan Besuki. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keberadaan perbankan syariah merupakan keharusan bagi kaum muslim dan terdapat delapan dimensi model kualitas layanan.
