Abstract


One attempt to deal with the competencies of competition in serving the community by managing the human resources management to improve employee performance. According to Kaho (1997: 60), the most important factoraffecting the implementation of the serviceis the manw hoacted as executor must be good because humans are the main actors in every activity of the company. Therefore, the performance appraisalis very important as part of efforts to improve the quality of human resources and improve services to the public.
