PENERAPAN ANALISIS SWOT TERHADAP PENETAPAN STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN PADA LOKAWISATA CV. OLENG SIBUTTONG DI KECAMATAN ARJASA KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract


Tourism bussiness becoming more and more booming, especially nowadays, and eople like to invest their money in it.  But investment  planning must be analysed so to know how it will give profits and we can say it “go project or no go project “.SWOT analysis is the most important analysis for this investment planning. And it need supports of other analysis like industry analysis or market share, financial ratios, investmen analysis like Pay-back periode method, Net Present Value Method, and Internal Rate of Return.  Sensitivity Analysis is also needed in order to give the best desicion to choose the best cooporate strategy. The conclusion of the paper is that CV. Oleng Sibuttong should choose among the two alternatives (whether It Choose Stable Strategy/incremental growth strategy or it choose internal growth strategy by consentric diversivication). And  based on the analysis it must choose internal growth strategy by concentric diversivication. And our suggestion is that the management must soonly applies the strategy in order not to lost potential  profits and market and also to avoid many weaknesses and strains because of lack of financial.  And The company will grow fast, and if not it will grow slowly and is far away left by any other same companies.
