PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS BUDAYA GOTONG ROYONG YANG BERKEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana peran kepemimpinan islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas budaya gotong royong yang berkearifan lokal. Kesimpulan dalam kajian ini adalah optimalisasi kearifan lokal dapat dibangun melalui budaya gotong royong dengan dukungan kepemimpinan islami berbasis tranformasional dan dilakukan pembelajaran secara terus menerus melalui manajemen pengetahuan (tabligh) sebagai modal intellektual, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan islami dan manajemen pembelajaran melaui modal intellectual berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas budaya gotong royong yang berkearifan lokal.
