Pilihan Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah: Mengukur Pengaruh Modal Intelektual Dan Literasi Bank Syariah

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi syariah dan modal intelektual terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif data primer dan sekunder menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan observasi langsung, jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang melalui teknik pengambilan sampel secara insidental dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk modal intelektual dan literasi perbankan syariah dikembangkan oleh peneliti dari beberapa instrumen yang telah digunakan pada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Instrumen divalidasi dengan analisis faktor yang melibatkan 98 responden.   Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa modal intelektual tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap penggunaan jasa perbankan syariah sedangkan literasi perbankan syariah memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.
