REFORMASI DAN INOVASI PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA DENGAN METODE “ SMART KAMPUNG” KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

Abstract

A region to be successful should be competitive. Competitiveness and innovation are closely related, so it's of any interest of the area to be innovative. Management of technological innovation should be able to create a competitive advantage, not only one but also difficult to emulate. Innovation in strategy or competition, increasingly global, converged, creating the field of research and the complexity of the new world who could that directs the region can be sustained in the long term.Banyuwangi is a town in the far East, which has 176 villages and 24 Subdistricts. There are seven criteria is "Smart Kampung", i.e. the public service, economic empowerment, health care, education and a series of development, capacity building of HUMAN RESOURCES, the integration of poverty reduction, and legal information literacy. All these criteria are passed down to the programs touching public interest. TIK made the catalyst for running a program according the seven criteria. Innovation is the result of a planned and systematic approach in which companies should take advantage of the synergy not only internally but also shares his knowledge throughout the world, advances in technology (Web) now provides an easy way, and allows the inclusion of new knowledge in the context of the business that leads to a new product or service.
