Promosi Kesehatan Latihan Fisik Anak Usia Sekolah Dalam Masa Pandemik Covid 19 Di Limo, Depok
Abstract
Pandemik Covid 19 menyebabkan anak usia sekolah mengikuti pembelajaran secara online di rumah. Pembelajaran online meningkatkan durasi anak duduk di depan layar handphone atau laptop. Kondisi ini menyebabkan anak menjadi jaran bergerak sehingga durasi latihan fisik berkurang selama di rumah. Latihan fisik yang tidak teratur dapat menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan berat badan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan sebagai bentuk promosi kesehatan latihan fisik dalam asuhan kelompok anak usia sekolah dengan gizi lebih dan obesitas dalam masa pandemi Covid 19. Sejumlah 31 anak sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Limo, Kota Depok mengikuti kegiatan promosi kesehatan secara daring dan luring sebanyak 8 sesi selama bulan Maret-Juni 2021. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai mean pengetahuan dari 5,71 menjadi 8,26 dan keterampilan latihan fisik dari 5,29 ke 7,45 setelah promosi kesehatan. Pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk perawat komunitas untuk bekerja sama dengan pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan program latihan fisik di rumah kesehatan pada anak usia sekolah dalam masa pandemi.
