Abstract


ABSTRAK

Gajah mada highway, which is located in Rambipuji District, Jember Regency, is an axis road that connects the Jember urban area to Surabaya, so it is necessary to conduct a review of the road pavement. From the technical planning, there are 2 alternatives which are flexible and rigid pavement types. On this basis, it is necessary to conduct a study on the selection of road works based on financial analysis. From the results of the study that has been carried out, it can be shown for alternative road 1 in the form of flexible pavement with a pavement layer arrangement and its thickness, namely the Laston744 layer = 7.5 cm, the gravel layer A class = 20 cm and the broken stone layer B class = l 44 cm. Alternative 2 is in the form of rigid pavement consisting of concrete slabs = 24 cm, Mixed Concrete with Lapis = 12.5 cm and LPA A Class = 12.5 cm. From the financial analysis, it is found that the totals of totality are: 1 is obtained in the form of flexible pavement - Rp. 4,325,129,913, alternative 2 is in the form of rigid pavement = Rp. 4,608,466,283. The difference in cost is Rp. 283,336,370 and Alternative 1 is cheaper than alternative 2. It is recommended that the supervision and supervision of vehicles and their transportation that cross the Gajah Mada highway, Rambipuji District.
