Evaluasi Kinerja Konstruksi Jalan pada Jalan Kabupaten dan Solusinya (Studi Kasus : Jalan Moh. Yamin, Kec. Kaliwates, Kab. Jember)

Abstract


Road construction has a considerable role in the development order of national development. In the transportation sector group, highways have the potential to be a provider of access to transportation services and goods throughout the region that have an impact as an acceleration of regional and regional development. As one of the modes of land transportation, highways are the trigger for development dynamics to grow and improve the development of national development. Moh Street. Yamin Kec. Kaliwates, Jember Regency is a road that belongs to the class of district roads. This road is one of the alternative roads to and from jember city center, thus making the volume of vehicles on this road increase. In addition, the street is located in a residential area. Drainage on the road often occurs inundation when rainfall is high due to the function of drainage that can not accommodate the torrent of rain. The selection of this final task research is the reason because of the frequent damage to the road body. Therefore, it is necessary to re-evaluate the calculation of thick pavement bending and drainage of the road. From the results of analysis and discussion for road performance based on the survey results and calculation of peak hour traffic volume during the pandemic in 2020 = 1345.3 vehicles / hour DS = 0.68 smp / hour with service level C, while forecasting traffic conditions 20 years assuming i = 5% peak hours during the pandemic in 2040 = 3748.84 vehicles / hour DS = 1.91 smp / hour with service level F, while for peak hours before the pandemic in 2020 = 1681.62 vehicles / hour DS = 0.85 with service level E, while for forecasting traffic conditions 20 years assuming i = 5% peak hour before the pandemic in 2040 = 4686.05 vehicles / hour DS = 2.38 smp / hour with service level F. For the calculation of thick planning of pavement bending of existing conditions in the field obtained thick pavement HRS WC = 3 cm , HRS Base 3 cm, LPA Class A = 20 cm, and LPA Class B = 10 cm, while from the calculation of Bina Marga method 2013 for the life of the plan 20 years HRS WC = 3 cm, HRS Base 3.5 cm, LPA Class A = 25 cm, LPA Class B = 12.5 cm. While from the results of planning the dimensions of drainage channels obtained height and width of 1 m, height of care 0.3 m, and thickness of stone pairs times 0.3 m.
