Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in motor performance with the use of variations of oval and trioval racing exhaust models by testing power and torque. Testing of each type of exhaust was tested on a 115cc injection motorbike engine in 2013 using dynotest, which is connected to a computer. The computer captures data from the changes in power and torque of each type of exhaust tested. The results showed the maximum torque in the standard exhaust is 9,73 N.m at engine speed 3000 rpm and maximum torque on the racing oval exhaust is 10,27 N.m at engine speed 3500 rpm while the maximum torque produced by trioval racing exhaust is 10,39 N.m at engine speed 6500 rpm. While the maximum power produced by the standard exhaust, oval racing and trioval racing on the same engine screen is 7000 rpm but produces different power, the standard exhaust reaches a power of 9,26 Hp, an oval racing exhaust of 9,83 Hp and a trioval racing exhaust of 10,03 Hp
