Pengaruh Pertumbuhan, Likuiditas Terhadap Kinerja Merger Dan Akuisisi Dimoderasi Dengan Jenis Perusahaan Target

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap kinerja perusahaan di Indonesia setelah melakukan merger dan akuisisi. Kami juga menambahkan variabel moderasi jenis merger menjadi dua, yakni merger perusahaan sejenis dan merger perusahaan tidak sejenis. Data yang digunakan adalah data perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia yang melakukan merger dan akuisisi pada tahun 2011 hingga 2013, dan diteliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan dan rasio likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan setelah merger dan akuisisi.
