Signifikansi Manajemen Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Dalam Menentukan Profitabilitas Perusahaan Manufaktur Indonesia

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan signifikansi antara manajemen modal kerja, ukuran perusahaan (firm size), dan pertumbuhan penjualan (sales growth) pada profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda sebagai alat untuk menguji hipotesis yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada hipotesis yang ada, ditemukan bahwa manajemen modal kerja yang pada penelitian ini diproksikan dengan menggunakan tiga variabel, yakni cash conversion cycle (CCC),  current ratio (CR), dan juga current asset to total asset ratio (CATAR), ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018. Demikian pula dengan dua variabel lainnya, yakni  sales growth dan firm size, berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, ditemukan hasilnya juga menyatakan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia pada tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018.
