Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja: Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Outcome

Abstract


Komitmen organisasi adalah kondisi dimana karyawan memilih berpihak pada organisasi dalam mempertahankan diri dengan menjadi bagian keanggotaan dalam organisasi tersebut. Komitmen  organisasi tidak muncul begitu saja, namun berasal dari kepuasan kerja yang dibangun oleh keadilan organisasi dan pengembangan karier. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Sapta Saritama Yogyakarta, dengan menggunakan semua karyawan kontrak sebagai sampel atau menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Implikasi manajerial atas hasil temuan menyarankan penguatan keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara konsisten dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi di perusahaan.
