Pengaruh Loyalitas Dan Sikap Pada Perubahan Organisasi Terhadap Keinginan Pensiun Dini

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak loyalitas karyawan dan perubahan organisasi terhadap keinginan pensiun dini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 319 pegawai PT. INKA dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan multiple regression untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan loyalitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap penisiun dini dan sikap pada perubahan tidak berpengaruh pada keinginan pensiun dini. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah organisasi harus bisa meningkatkan loyalitas pegawainya melalui program-program enggagement sehingga bisa mengurangi keinginan pensiun dini pada karyawan.
