Persepsi Nasabah Bank BCA Dalam Penggunaan Mobile Banking

Abstract


Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode analisis  SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)  program AMOS  21.0  untuk  menguji  kausalitas dalam model  yang telah diusulkan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank di kota Padang yang sudah menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling – kuota sampling. Dari kuesioner yang disebar diperoleh 250 kuesioner yang valid melalui survei offline dan online. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  model  keseluruhan,  menunjukkan  hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel perceived risks, performance expectancy, perceived service quality,behavioral intention dan usage behavior. Dalam penelitian ini minat prilaku dipengaruhi langsung oleh harapan kinerja, persepsi kualitas jasa, serta persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap niat berprilaku.
