Simulasi Audit Energi pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyumas

Abstract


Rumah Sakit memiliki konsumsi energi yang besar dan menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No.70 Tahun 2009 Pasal 12, termasuk kategori wajib melakukan manajemen energi. Manajemen harus dilakukan dengan tetap menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan pasien selama perawatan untuk membantu proses penyembuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyimulasikan konsumsi energi dari RSUD Banyumas sebagai pertimbangan langkah penghematan energi dengan tetap menjaga kualitas pelayanan. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan model 3D DesignBuilder yang dianalisis dengan software EnergyPlus. Digunakan data cuaca dari daerah Surakarta yang memilik kemiripan iklim dengan Banyumas karena data EnergyPlus tidak memiliki rekam data Banyumas. Hasil simulasi penggunaan selama 1 tahun menunjukkan penggunaan energi sebesar 3.366.904,81 kWh, dengan 92% merupakan pendingin dan 8% merupakan pencahayaan. Skenario penghematan energi menggantikan Constant Air Volume menjadi Variable Air Volume menghasilkan 7,94% penghematan dengan nominal Rp. 247.293.126,57 dan nilai IKE sebesar 254,97 kWh/m2 sehingga masih tergolong bangunan hijau menurut standar GBCI.
