Pengaruh Mental Workloud, Komunikasi, Quality Of Work Life, Job Satisfaction Terhadap Kinerja Manajer Konstruksi Pada Proyek Di Kabupaten Jember

Abstract


Manajer proyek memiliki berbagai macam tugas yang pada intinya bertujuan untuk mendukung keberhasilan proyek. Hal yang menjadi senjata utama tiap manajer proyek tentulah komunikasi. Dari fenomena, empirical study serta pembahasan mengenai teori-teori tersebut masih terdapat gap. Karena adanya gap tersebut maka masih terdapat peluang untuk mendapatkan peluang kebaruan. Maka penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh antara mental workloud, komunikasi, quality of work life, job satisfaction serta kinerja harus dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dari variabel mental workloud, komunikasi, quality of work life, job satisfaction serta kinerja Manajer Konstruksi. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dalam bentuk data cross section. data cross section adalah data yang berasal dari banyak subjek penelitian, dalam kurun waktu yang bersamaan. Sementara itu sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi adalah Manajer Konstruksi yang ada di Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 210 responden Penelitian ini memakai alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mental Workload, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Quality Of Work Life, mental Workload, berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap komunikasi, mental Workload, berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara terhadap Job Satisfaction, mental Workload, berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, Quality Of Work Life, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komunikasi, Quality Of Work Life, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Quality Of Work Life, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, Komunikasi, berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, Job Satisfaction, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
