MANAGEMENT OF INTERACTION IN EFL CLASSES TO IMPROVE THE STUDENTS’ INTERACTION SKILL IN TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS

Abstract


Kesuksesan siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris (EFL) selalu ditandai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam berkomunikasi. Pada proses belajar tersebut, peranan guru amatlah dominan dalam menentukan kesuksesan belajar bahasa Inggris terutama dalam berkomunikasi lisan dan melakukan komunikasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Artikel ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi suksesnya interaksi, beberapa kendala yang perlu ditangani, dan manajemen interaksi di kelas dalam rangka mensukseskan tujuan belajar bahasa Inggris.
